How do I book a course?

If you want to book onto one of our TGB Courses, you can book online here. If you’re looking for a 1-1 upskilling session you can book here, and if you’re a provider looking to book courses for young people then please get in touch.

Where are your courses held?

Our courses are held at our training facility at 19 Elmbank Street, G2 4PB in Glasgow City Centre, we are a 5 minute walk from Charing Cross and you can find a map here.

Where is the kit I ordered?

All kits ordered for all courses are within NAF! School ready for you to use and have upon arrival to your course. We will not provide kits that contain Gel Polish to students who have not completed their Gel Polish course.

What do I need to bring?

TGB Courses: If you ordered the full kit, you don't need to bring anything else. If you haven't ordered the full kit, you'll need to bring any of the listed items to your course.

NAF! School Courses: We'll provide your full kit with all you'll need for all of our NAF! School courses so all you need to bring is yourself and a pen and paper for any note-taking.

Will I need to bring a model?

You will not need to bring a model unless you have been asked to prior to the course or 1-1 date.

Do you have payment plans or funding support?

For either branch of courses we offer, we'd recommend looking into the Princes Trust Development Fund if you're 16-24 to look into funding for your training! This isn't specific to NAF! School and can be used for any training in Scotland, but could take off a big chunk of your course cost (up to £500 in a year). https://www.princes-trust.org.uk/help-for-young-people/get-funding-train-learn

Can I reschedule or cancel my course?

TGB Courses: TGB Academy course bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. We may be able to reschedule students onto new course dates if provided reason and notice prior to the course starting where possible. If you are unable to attend your course on your scheduled date, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can try to reschedule you. Alternatively, if you need to cancel a TGB Academy course, please get in touch directly with TGB Academy via education@thegelbottle.com

NAF! School Courses: NAF! School Courses are refundable to 100% of the payment within 14 days of your booking. After 14 days of the point of booking, NAF! School courses are non-refundable. Additionally, if a course is booked within 14 days of the course start date, it is also non-refundable. The 20% deposit payment made at booking is non-refundable. Our courses are non-transferable as different courses require different qualifications. We may be able to reschedule students onto new course dates if provided reason and notice prior to the course starting where possible.
